Senior Technical Recruiter

RJR is working with a Machine Learning startup to find a talented Senior Technical Recruiter to execute against the company’s growth plan. If you have a natural knack and tested methodologies for identifying and acquiring top technical talent, we want to hear from you. As the first internal recruiter, you will have the ability to make core contributions to shaping the structure of this clients hiring process.

Core Responsibilities 

    • Full-cycle technical recruiting for engineering and product management teams
    • Use multiple sourcing channels to find the best talent
    • Provide an excellent candidate experience
    • Partner with hiring managers, HR and Operations to optimize our recruiting process
    • Provide great experiences to candidates interviewing.


    • Proven drive and closing ability
    • 5+ years technical full cycle recruiting
    • Proven track record sourcing and closing passive candidates
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Experience with recruiting for data roles
    • Experience with recruiting for machine learning preferred
    • Startup and agency experience preferred, enjoys fast paced culture
    • Experience providing metrics to senior management
