JOB DESCRIPTION

RJR Partners, Inc. is seeking a full-time, Business Development Representative to join our team. This position will identify prospective clients and secure meetings for the Principal of RJR Partners.  

The ability for this position to grow over time into a full-cycle recruiter or Business Development Manager shall be an option for successful and interested candidates.

This position can be based in either of our Bay Area offices (Financial District, San Francisco or San Ramon, CA)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify new customers and grow a target account list
  • Develop prospecting strategies, touchpoint campaigns and messaging
  • Conduct outbound prospecting efforts to potential RJR customers via email, LinkedIn and phone
  • Regularly monitor current client’s career pages for new opportunities and conduct outreach to gain access to roles
  • Work closely with Managing Director, Principal and Practice Leads to determine highest priority business development needs monthly
  • Support the Principal in scheduling calls and meetings with secured prospects
  • Manage, track and report on all activities using Salesforce.com
  • Achieve or exceed monthly quotas (opportunities and activity)

DESIRED BACKGROUND & SKILLS

  • Candidates should have 1-2 years of sales, business development, recruiting or general business experience. Internship experience will be accepted.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills required.
  • Ability to multi-task while maintaining a strong attention to detail.
  • Positive, up-beat, and team-oriented attitude.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Google Docs, and LinkedIn Recruiter a huge plus.
  • Four-year college degree required. College athletics, club participation, and/or leadership experience preferred.

Job Description

RJR Partners, Inc. is seeking a full-time Recruiter in our San Francisco or San Ramon, CA offices. The Recruiter is responsible for prospecting and developing new candidates and processing them through interview cycles to close. This is a direct quota-carrying position..

Job Responsibilities

  • Achieve/exceed monthly bookings quota.
  • Qualify candidates and progress opportunities to closure.
  • Prospect and open up new accounts and identify new qualified candidates.
  • Call within all levels of an organization, identify decision makers and build customer relationships.
  • Use analytical and selling skills to understand the client requirements.
  • Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees.
  • Research to develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
  • Develop and execute recruiting plans.
  • Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of candidate and client communications/activity.
  • Accurately forecast and maintain an updated pipeline in Salesforce.
  • Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.

Desired Background

  • Candidates should have 2-5 years of successful business-to-business software sales experience and/or recruiting experience within b-to-b enterprise software.
  • Proven track record of success in cold calling, deal qualification and quota achievement OR personally fulfilling job reqs in an agency or or in-house environment.
  • Highly motivated and professional with excellent communication skills, highly confident and goal-oriented.
  • Experience in solution selling to C-level executives.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to rapidly changing environment.
  • Strong technical aptitude.
  • Must have high ethics, integrity, and humility and have a desire to be part of a rapidly growing organization.
  • Experience in software start-up and competitive software sales environments.
  • Team player.
  • Four-year college degree.

Job Description

RJR Partners, Inc. is seeking a full-time, permanent Sales Development Representative to join our team. This position will directly support a full-cycle recruiter in sourcing new candidates and leads. 

The ability for this position to grow over time into a full-time recruiting role shall be an option for successful and interested candidates.

This position can be based in either of our Bay Area offices (Financial District, San Francisco or San Ramon, CA)

Job Responsibilities

  • Support all aspects of the recruiting process, including, but not limited to:
    • Use LinkedIn, job boards, Salesforce, and other sources to identify and engage candidates via email.
    • Schedule phone interviews between candidates and RJR recruiters.
    • Manage scheduling, logistics and communications for RJR candidates and external hiring managers.
    • Assist in proactively moving candidates through interview cycles in a timely and professional manner, including flawless email correspondence and phone communications.
    • Assist with candidate interview prep, resume editing and profile vetting, as needed.
  • Maintain and closely manage a recruiter’s calendar and schedule.Monitor the career pages of our existing client base and conduct business development outreach for access to new roles.
  • Light data entry and management of our systems (Salesforce, Google Docs).
