Ryan is the Principal and Founder of RJR Partners where he leads the executive search practice. Having spent nearly 10 years in software sales, Ryan brings a unique background to his recruiting career. Taking his experience of managing sales for software companies like Oracle and Timogen Systems, Ryan made the transition to recruiting to seek out the best talent within the industry he’s most passionate about.
Prior to founding RJR Partners, Ryan was a co-founder at RosCor Group, Inc., a search firm specializing in the enterprise software industry. With over 22 years of being involved in enterprise software as both a search and sales professional, Ryan has gained a strong reputation as one of the industry’s leading recruiters and has developed a vast network of influential contacts.
Ryan received a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Santa Barbara and an M.B.A. from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley. He lives in Alamo, CA with his wife and two children.
Mandi is a Managing Director at RJR Partners where she leads the firm’s contingency and exclusive search practices. She currently manages a team that focuses on recruiting for roles ranging from entry level to leadership within private technology companies across the United States. Prior to joining RJR Partners, Mandi owned a psychotherapy practice in San Francisco and provided professional matchmaking services.
Mandi received a M.A. in Psychology from the University of San Francisco and holds a B.A. from California Lutheran University. She lives in Alameda with her husband and son.
John is a Practice Director at RJR Partners specializing in complex, strategic searches within professional services, pre-sales and sales. John is able to leverage over 20 years of global experience in enterprise software industry.
Prior to RJR Partners, John held a number of senior executive roles at software companies. He has led services and sales for organizations such as Business Objects and MicroStrategy before founding his own enterprise software sales distribution and consulting company for a number of years. John has always retained a strong reputation for hiring quality. It was that reputation that saw him re-join MicroStrategy to lead their Talent Acquisition team before most recently heading up Global Talent Acquisition for Anaplan.
John is passionate at placing great talent at great companies. He holds an MSc in Information Management from the University of Sheffield and a B.A. in Systems Analysis from the University of the West of England. John lives in the Bay Area with his wife and two children.
Jack is a Practice Director at RJR Partners where he helps our clients acquire elite sales professional and sales leadership talent in the Bay Area, Texas and Colorado. Jack also leads RJR’s Business Development practice nationwide.
Jack spent the last eight years at Bay Cloud Partners where he assisted early stage, innovative companies accelerate their Go-To Market strategies. Previously, he ran successful sales and marketing organizations at both Internap and CITTIO.
Jack received a B.S. in Marketing from Arizona State University. He lives in San Francisco, CA.
Katie is a Practice Director at RJR Partners and focuses on sales recruiting in the Bay Area and Northeast. Having targeted a broad range of business partners from newly funded start-ups to large, publicly traded companies, Katie has strong expertise in building relationships with senior-level executives across Marketing, Sales, Human Resources and Finance.
Before joining RJR Partners, Katie spent eight years working in the Software Industry selling Marketing Automation (Marketo), HCMS (Ascentis), and B2B Data (ZoomInfo) solutions. Prior to that, Katie spent seven years in Boston working in the staffing industry (Beacon Hill Staffing Group & Creative Financial Staffing), where she was responsible for growing the client portfolios of their interim financial consulting divisions.
Katie received a B.A. in English, Writing from Denison University.
Alba is a Practice Director at RJR Partners where she helps our clients identify top talent in Sales Operations and Sales Enablement fields across the US.
Over the past four years, Alba has successfully assisted clients with sales operations recruiting ranging from critical first hires to large scale team build-outs. Her work includes Analyst to VP level placements with software companies such as Snowflake Computing, Datorama, Inkling, ThousandEyes, Pentaho, Skuid, SauceLabs, MemSQL, CrowdFlower, and others.
Alba received a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Davis.
Amy is an Associate at RJR Partners specializing in the placement of sales professionals from entry level to management. Prior to joining RJR Partners, Amy accumulated 3+ years of sales experience. Most recently, her role in sales at Host Analytics helped her gain a deep understanding of the SaaS technology space, allowing her to better serve the needs of our clients and candidates.
Amy received her B.S. in Business Management and Marketing at California State University, Long Beach and resides in San Francisco. Her focus is placing candidates in the Bay Area and the Southeast.
Head of ResearchX
Michelle is the Head of Research at RJR Partners directly supporting Ryan Roskovensky with retained, executive-level searches. She started at the firm as an Intern, quickly advancing to a Research Analyst position before earning her current role. Michelle began her search career at Research Search International – while attending college as a Project Coordinator where she built her knowledge on sourcing and recruiting candidates.
Michelle graduated from California State University, Chico and now lives in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Jennica is a Sales Development Representative at RJR Partners supporting Alba Holsworth. She assists the team in sourcing operations, sales enablement and customer success candidates across the country. Before joining the company, Jennica attended the University of Colorado at Boulder where she earned a B.A. in Communications.

Chloe is a Sales Development Representative at RJR Partners. She assists the team in sourcing sales professionals and sales leadership talent in the Bay Area, Texas, and Colorado. Before joining the company, Chloe worked for Procore Technologies, where she sourced sales and customer success professionals.
Chloe received a B.A. in Liberal Studies from Westmont College, and currently lives in Huntington Beach, CA.
Office Manager & Executive AssistantX
Chloe serves as the Office Manager and Executive Assistant to Ryan Roskovensky at RJR Partners. Chloe worked at a private K-12 school as a humanities teacher and leadership director.
Chloe received a B.A. in Liberal Studies from Westmont College and currently lives in Lexington, KY.
