We are seeking a full-time Practice Director for our Marketing Recruitment division. This person will be responsible for full-desk recruiting, including fulfillment of in-bound marketing roles provided by current clients, candidate sourcing and interview cycle management and business development efforts within new and existing clients. This is a direct quota-carrying position located in our San Ramon headquarters.

The position will be responsible for the following specialities: product marketing, demand generation, field marketing, content marketing, integrated marketing, VP level Marketing and Chief Marketing Officer searches.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Achieve/exceed monthly bookings quota.

  • Identify, conduct outreach to and qualify interested candidates. Manage interview cycles with attention to detail, timeliness and a focus on providing a positive candidate experience. Progress deals to closure.

  • Conduct email and phone prospecting BD efforts to gain access to marketing related roles within current and new clients.

  • Use analytical and selling skills to understand the client requirements.

  • Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees.

  • Develop a brand as the go-to marketing recruiter within enterprise software.

  • Research to develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.

  • Develop and execute recruiting plans.

  • Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.

  • Maintain detailed documentation of candidate and client communications/activity.

  • Accurately forecast and maintain an updated pipeline in Salesforce.

  • Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.


Requirements

  • Candidates should have a minimum of 2-5 years of successful B2B marketing experience in a technology company OR marketing recruitment experience within a technology company or B2B tech recruiting agency.

  • Candidates with a network of potential candidates and/or hiring managers within the B2B tech marketing world highly preferred.

  • Personality traits that are helpful in this role: tenacity, goal-oriented, entrepreneurial spirit, confident and curious.

  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to rapidly changing environment.

  • Must have high ethics, integrity, and humility.

  • Desire to be part of a rapidly growing organization.

  • Experience in software start-up and competitive recruiting environment preferred.

  • Prior experience with Salesforce or LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.

  • Four-year college degree.
