Contingency Search: Our contingency search model is a low-risk way to explore our services and capabilities. This service allows clients the freedom to engage multiple firms at once and pay only when an RJR-sourced candidate is selected.
Retained Search: Retained search for non-executive level roles guarantees you the fastest placement and highest priority attention from our team. With this model, you’ll receive weekly cadence calls from a dedicated senior-level recruiter and support from a recruiting coordinator for interview scheduling and process management. You’ll also receive access to a Google spreadsheet detailing our progress.

Kickoff Call/Meeting: During an in-depth discussion between the Client’s decision making team and RJR, we’ll learn everything we can about your company, the ideal candidate profile and the interview process, so that we can represent your opportunity exactly as you do.
Candidate Sourcing & Vetting: Our team will source and vet candidates specifically for your opportunity based on the ideal profile you provide. We utilize our vast personal networks, a proprietary candidate database and additional recruiting tools to source passive and active candidates.
Candidate Presentation: Our team will deliver candidates directly to you with a comprehensive summary of their qualifications, target compensation, market activity level, career interests and drivers, and their reasons for evaluating new opportunities.
Interview Process Management: We can help you design and implement a successful interview cycle or follow the process you currently have in place.
Offer Negotiation Facilitation: We provide our clients and candidates with as much information as possible to ensure when offer negotiations begin both parties are equipped to make the right decision.
