Business Development Representative
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE (Internal)
We are seeking a full-time Business Development Representative at RJR Partners. This position will identify prospective clients and secure new business meetings for the senior leaders at RJR Partners. This is a direct quota-carrying position and the ability for this position to grow over time into a full-cycle recruiter or Business Development Manager shall be an option for successful candidates. This is a full-time role located in San Ramon, CA with hours from 8am-5pm Monday through Friday.
This position will receive a competitive base salary and commission plan. Identify new customers and grow a target account list
Develop prospecting strategies, touchpoint campaigns and messaging
Conduct outbound prospecting efforts to potential RJR customers via email, LinkedIn and phone
Regularly monitor current client’s career pages for new opportunities and conduct outreach to gain access to roles
Work closely with Managing Director, Principal and Practice Leads to determine highest priority business development needs monthly
Support the Principal in scheduling calls and meetings with secured prospects
Manage, track and report on all activities using Salesforce.com
Achieve or exceed monthly quotas (opportunities and activity)
Candidates should have 1-2 years of sales, business development, recruiting or general business experience. Internship experience will be accepted.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills required.
Ability to multi-task while maintaining a strong attention to detail.
Positive, up-beat, and team-oriented attitude.
Proficiency in Salesforce, Google Docs, and LinkedIn Recruiter a huge plus.
Four-year college degree required. College athletics, club participation, and/or leadership experience preferred.
