Our goal in working with clients is to become an extension of their team, providing personalized and high quality service on every search.

  • Kickoff Call/Meeting: During an in-depth discussion between the Client’s decision making team and RJR, we’ll learn everything we can about your company, the ideal candidate profile and your interview process, so that we can represent the opportunity exactly as you do.

  • Job Description & Scorecard: We will build a job description for distribution to candidates and an internal scorecard to be used internally throughout the search process.

  • Market Mapping & Research: Before beginning any search, our Research Team develops and shares a comprehensive market mapping of the qualified candidate pool based on your ideal profile. This information informs and guides our candidate sourcing and targeting strategy throughout the search.

  • Candidate Sourcing & Vetting: We utilize our vast personal networks, a proprietary candidate database and additional recruiting tools to source all passive and active candidates.

  • Candidate Presentation: Our team will deliver candidates directly to you with a comprehensive brief on their qualifications, target compensation, market activity level and reasons for evaluating new opportunities.

  • Weekly Cadence Calls: During weekly calls we’ll discuss all active, in process and targeted candidates, as well as deliver market feedback.

  • Interview Process Management: We can help you design & implement a successful interview cycle or follow the process you currently have in place.

  • Offer Negotiation Facilitation: We provide our clients and candidates with as much information as possible to ensure when offer negotiations begin both parties are equipped to make the right decision.

  • References: Direct and in-direct candidate reference checks completed as requested.

  • On-Boarding: Proper follow-through to ensure a smooth transition.
