RECRUITING MANAGER (Internal)

We are seeking a full-time Recruiting Manager at RJR Partners. This person will be responsible for managing a team of 3-7 recruiters who provide full-cycle recruiting work for go-to-market roles across the United States. The team is split between our San Ramon and San Francisco offices and the position can be based in either location. This is a full-time role with 8am-5pm hours Monday through Friday.

This position will receive a competitive base salary, as well as a generous commission plan. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure team meets or achieves monthly bookings quotas, goal metrics and successfully executes on assigned roles.

  • Provide accurate monthly and quarterly forecasting for team quota.

  • Provide day-to-day team management, including, but not limited to: regular one-on-one meetings, quarterly reviews, deal navigation and strategy planning, interfacing with and managing clients on behalf of your team, strategic candidate interventions, on-going coaching for sourcing and recruiting skills, etc.

  • Offer mentorship, coaching and professional development to team members in order to assist them with their growth within the company.

  • Recruit and on-board high quality new hires.

  • Ensure accurate and consistent team CRM documentation and usage.

  • Develop a collaborative team culture that values ethical and quality work, as well as healthy competition.

  • Assist the company with business development efforts including new client outreach, contract negotiations, client on-boarding and on-going account management.

  • Directly pitch in with sourcing, recruiting and candidate management on behalf of team members during busy seasons and team vacations.

  • Meet or exceed your own individual bookings quota by successfully completing higher level searches. This quota is small and achievable.


Requirements

  • Candidates should have a minimum of 4 years of successful recruiting experience in a technology company or B2B tech recruiting agency and at least one year of experience in a leadership capacity.

  • Consistent track record of personally sourcing and placing top-tier candidates in an in-house or agency environment.

  • You possess strong leadership skills and have experience hiring, managing and coaching recruiting teams.

  • Personality traits that are helpful in this role: tenacious, goal-oriented, strong organizational skills, entrepreneurial spirit, confidence and curiosity.

  • Extraordinary attention to detail and flawless written and verbal communication skills.

  • Must have high ethics, integrity, and humility.

  • Prior experience with LinkedIn Recruiter required. Salesforce experience is a plus.

  • Four-year college degree.
