MANDI MCCARTHY
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Mandi is a Managing Director at RJR Partners where she leads the firm’s Team Building practice. Her division focuses on recruiting for roles ranging from entry level to leadership within technology companies across the United States. In addition to this work, Mandi provides retained recruiting services for executive-level searches across Finance, Accounting, HR, Talent and Administration. Prior to joining RJR Partners, Mandi owned a psychotherapy practice in San Francisco and Atlanta.
Mandi received a M.A. in Psychology from the University of San Francisco and holds a B.A. from California Lutheran University. She lives in Alameda, CA with her husband, children, and dog.
