Customer success manager

Our client, a Bay Area based startup building a Voice AI platform for call centers, is looking for a Customer Success Manager based in their Palo Alto Headquarters. The early-stage company has Series A funding from Nexus Venture Partners, Y Combinator & Emergent Ventures and a strong customer list including Pearson, Square,TripAdvisor, Concentrix and Talkdesk.


RESPONSIBILITIES


Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years of experience in product marketing.  MBA a plus but not required.
