Our client, a leading cloud-based service automation platform for facility management, is looking for a Sr. Product Marketing Manager based in their Pleasanton, CA Headquarters. The company is a well-established startup, with a top-tier executive team and significant growth opportunity.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner closely with Product Management to understand the product strategy and develop the narrative, messaging, and positioning for key product offerings.

  • Develop innovative GTM strategies to drive awareness and increase mindshare with our key personas at the executive level.

  • Work with Sales to inspire, motivate and win flagship brands through the sales cycle and generate the best customer stories in the business.  Create compelling and easy to understand internally facing content including sales training, competitive positioning, FAQs, and cheat sheets.

  • Work directly with major partners and customers to drive market share and awareness.  

  • Produce high fidelity externally facing assets and sales tools including first call decks, solution guides, demos, videos, battlecards, and cheat sheets.

  • Work closely with Demand Generation on performance marketing campaigns, webinars, SEO, and web design.  Collaborate with Product Management to develop pricing and packaging for new offerings as they are brought to market. 


Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years of experience in product marketing.  MBA a plus but not required.

  • Dynamic, confident personality with ability to successfully define and drive project execution with minimal guidance amidst multiple priorities and goals.

  • Creative thinker that can generate innovative marketing ideas, work collaboratively, and lead a cross-functional team of stakeholders to deliver results.

  • Proven track record of crafting compelling positioning and thought leadership content.

  • Experience working with direct distribution (sales) teams and channel partners.

  • Hands-on ability to create a range of marketing assets, including on-message product demo videos and succinct slide pitch-decks

  • Strong skills in communication, presenting, writing and ability to work well cross-functionally.  Excels at speaking in front of internal and external audiences.

  • Proven track record in performing well in a fast-paced environment and organizational skills to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines effectively

  • Experience in Management Consulting, Product Management, Sales, or Sales Operations are a plus.
